What we collect

When you use the deadline calculator or a signup form on this site, we collect:

• •Email address, if you sign up to be notified about deadlines or source changes.
• •Which page you signed up from and your entity category (large, small/medium, or government), if you provided it, so reminder emails are relevant to you.
• •IP address, used only to prevent spam and repeated automated submissions.

We do not collect your revenue figure, company name, or the results of the deadline calculator itself, those stay in your browser and are never sent to us. The interactive compliance checklist also saves your progress only in your browser's local storage; we never see it.

Why we collect it

Solely to send you the emails you signed up for: reminders ahead of your ASP appointment or go-live deadline, and alerts when we detect a change on an official Ministry of Finance or Federal Tax Authority page. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each only sees what it needs to:

• •Supabase, to store your email and signup details.
• •Resend, to deliver the emails you signed up for.
• •Vercel, which hosts the site and provides anonymized, cookie-free page-view analytics.
• •A private Slack channel we use to notice new signups, this only receives your email address.

These providers may process data outside the UAE. We don't share your data with anyone else, and never for marketing by third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and signup details until you ask us to delete them, or until the e-invoicing mandate timelines this site covers are no longer relevant, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@achintgupta.com. We handle these requests manually and will confirm once it's done.
